Former US President Donald Trump admitted good relations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He stated this, speaking on Saturday on his first rally after leaving the White House, his TASS quotes.
According to him, at some stage, he had a constructive relationship with the President of Russia, despite the American sanctions, affected gas pipeline “Northern Stream-2”. Also Trump declared good relations with other world leaders.

Earlier, Trump spoke about his desire to remove sanctions from Russia. Despite the fact that his administration introduced many restrictions against Russia, he would “be glad” to cancel them if Moscow “will take himself in hand.” The ex-head of the state also noted that relations between the United States and Russia could be “stunning” and mutually beneficial.
To date, “Northern Stream-2” is ready for 95 percent. It was planned to put into operation at the end of 2019, but due to American restrictive measures, the launch period had to postpone several times.
