More than half of Russians were afraid to become unclaimed employees in the future, such data follows from the service survey “Work.ru”, reports TASS.
48 percent indicated that they have insufficiently modern skills to be competitive in the labor market. Another 21 percent believes that his profession will disappear in the future, and 17 percent fear that robots will be replaced.
Almost every respondent (93 percent) is ready to learn modern and relevant skills in order to remain in demand. For a successful career, Russians mark the ability to quickly learn (61 percent), 44 percent highlighted digital literacy, 33 percent are considered an important skill to work in multitasking mode.
29 percent spoke in favor of the ability to organize command work, 24 percent called significant creativity, 23 percent believe that in the future they are useful to knowledge of foreign languages, and 22 percent declared the importance of finding a balance between work and personal life.
Earlier, RIA Novosti, with reference to the study of the service “Salary.ru” reported that every fifth working Russian fears that he could be replaced by a robot. It turned out that 22 percent of respondents believe that they could soon remain without work, because the processes in the workplace will be automated. At the same time, 64 percent of them are women.
