On the Baikonur cosmodrome, the preparation of the Transport Cargo Ship “Progress MS-17” Development and production of the National Rocket and Space Corporation named after S.P. Queen (part of the state corporation Roscosmos) to the launch of the program of the 78th Logistics Mission of the International Space Station (ISS).
The cargo ship in the composition of the cosmic head was prepared for transportation to the general assembly with the carrier rocket. Specialists of the RKK “Energia” and profile enterprises of Roskosmos conducted a ship conntusion in a horizontal position, performed its loading in a special car and sent to the installation and test case No. 31.
Start of the Soyuz-2.1A carrier missile with the Transport Cargo Ship “Progress MS-17” is scheduled for June 30, 2021 from the site of the Baikonur cosmodrome.
