US, Britain and France accused Russia in “desires” in CAR

USA, Britain and France accused Russia in involvement in the desires of the alleged Russian mercenaries in the Central African Republic (CAR). Representatives of countries discussed this topic at a meeting of the UN Security Council, reports France 24.

The UN Special Representative in the Tsar Mankee Ndiaye (Mankeur Ndiaye) said that the counterattack of the authorities and their allies against the coalition of armed groups is concerned. It, according to the organization, led to an increase in cases of violence by 28 percent over the past four months.

“We need to understand that these” allied forces “are people who are engaged in what we call” inconsistencies “- these are not independent actors. They act as a continuation of the Ministry of Defense of Russia,” said the United States Permanent Representative for the UN Richard Mills. He also recalled reports that record the growth of sexual violence, abduction and illegal murders, followed by the counterattack of government troops.

These statements were reacted by the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation under the UN, Anna Evstigneeva. According to her, the accusations of the Russian side are short-faced and carry the nature of the anti-Russian political order: foreign forces are trying to discredit Russian instructors in the country. Specialists from Russia, emphasized Evstigneev, do not participate in hostilities, and engage in training of tsar servicemen.

earlier about the UN report, which speaks of outbreaks of violence with the participation of alleged Russian mercenaries, was reported at the end of May. Prior to that, such messages sounded in April. According to official data, there are 535 Russian instructors in the country, Western sources speak about 2.3 thousand Russian citizens, including employees of a private military company (CHVK) known as “Wagner Group”.
