Technology can recognize gender, age and several types of emotions: neutral, surprise, sadness, happiness and anger. In the retailer, it is believed that the innovation will help improve the quality of service.

First, new technology run in one of the branded stores in Moscow. The first results are already there. “In May, buyers in Moscow were almost twice as happier than in April,” Edward Iryshkov noted the director of the Retail Technology Department of the Magnet. Then the experiment wants to connect large shopping points in Togliatti and Samara. After that, the company will decide whether to distribute technology to the entire network.

Earlier “Magnit” announced the creation of a new format of outlets – household stores at the house called “Magnet Master”. He must enter the market, which is currently engaged in the so-called stores “1000 trifles.”
