Ryabkov noted that such an approach will strengthen the confidence between the parties, and this, in turn, can improve the US attitude in Russia and vice versa.
Diplomat also spoke out about the possibility of any agreements between the parties. In his opinion, it will be possible only if the parties are genuinely interested in achieving a balance between each other’s interests. Ryabkov added that with this, “huge problems” are preserved.
