The official representative of the White House Jen Psaka commented on Russia’s plans to leave the project of the International Space Station (ISS). It is reported by RIA Novosti.

At the briefing, Psaki was asked to comment on the words CEO of Roskosmos Dmitry Rogozin, who had previously stated that Russia would come from the ISS project if the United States would not decide sanctions from Russian space enterprises. The official representative of the White House noted that she would need to understand the question and find out what sanctions are we talking about.
Earlier, Rogozin called the condition of Russia’s exit from the ISS project. “All in the hands of American partners. If the sanctions against the RCC” Progress “and TsNIIMASH will continue, the issue of Russia’s exit from the ISS is the problem of American partners. This will be their area of responsibility,” he said. Rogozin added that joint work is possible only with the “immediate” removal of the sanction. Otherwise, the state corporation will deploy its own national systems.
