NGO Energomash is accelerated by process of preparing procurement documentation

In the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) completed a project to optimize the preparation of procurement documentation. As a result, preparation of documentation was automated for competitive procedures and procurement at the only supplier.

Thanks to the project, the company provided fast and accurate preparation of complex sets of documents, which will reduce procurement time and, as a result, the supply of materials and components used in the production of rocket engines. The formation of documents is carried out using custom templates in which the necessary data from the SED is automatically entered.

In this case, all the created documents can be edited and printed from the usual interface users. This ensures the flexibility of the system and allows you to make changes to the prepared documents if necessary. After the launch of industrial operation, there are several dozen employees in the system from various NGO Energomash units: management of logistics, management of procurement organization and others.

This is a time-consuming and complex process, the result of which is strongly influenced by the human factor. Not the best complexity of the procedures has been reflected in the preparation of documents. . Optimization of documentation for procurement activities has become an effective solution to this problem. Thanks to the implementation of an automated procurement documentation preparation system, we simultaneously prevent possible errors, and significantly accelerate the process of forming a document complex for each tender. “
