Court considered complaint who told about torture in Belarusian SIZO Russian

In Belarus, the court considered the complaint about the detention of Russian Yegor Dudnikov, who had previously told about torture in the SIZO. This is 8 June reports TASS.

District Court in Minsk refused to satisfy the complaint. “We plan to appeal further in the Minsk Horses, we will also submit a complaint to the preventive measure and appeal the accusation,” said Anton Gashasky lawyer.

20-year-old Dudnikova detained at the end of May. He was charged under the article “Organization and Preparation of Action, Roughly Violate Public ORDER.” Dudnikov moved to Belorussia about a year ago for the sake of the girl.

In early June, the Russian managed to transfer a note from the SIZO a note through a lawyer, in which he said that Belarusian security officials beat him, tortured, threatened to bury alive, and his girl take hostages. As a result, a young man was forced to read the text on the camera that he was “disappointed” and cooperates with the consequence.

In Belarus, the Russian Sophia Saphega was also arrested. She was detained with the former chandeller of the opposition telegram channel NEXTA Roman Protasevich after an emergency landing in Minsk the Ryanair aircraft. It was published a video on which Sapega says that the Telegram channel led, which published personal data of Belarusian security officials.
