The project develops the Chinese company Jingling Tech, which has a representative office in California. Distribution is built on the Ubuntu battery 20.04, and the user environment is based on KDE PLASMA Mobile 5.20 . The plans marked the transition to the JDE’s own shell (Jing Desktop Environment).
