President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with the heads of the CIS delegations called the Vaccine-19 general in the republic, transfers BelTA.
Lukashenko thanked Russia for the help of Belarus and other countries with a vaccine. “You are not hiding this vaccine from anyone. They are already four. Maybe still develop a few, given that Coronavirus mutates, new strains appear,” he said.
The president also said that Belarus in the laboratory has received its own vaccine, but not yet hurry to experience it. “We have no problems with the vaccination of the population thanks to Russia and the issue of their vaccine technology. We want to see what will be Coronavirus in the next year, based on what he is not going anywhere,” Lukashenko explained.
He stressed that Belarus wants to adapt his vaccine to the strain of coronavirus, which will be distributed in 2022. “If we all succeed, consider that this is our common vaccine. As Russia arrived, exactly and we will do,” concluded the Belarusian leader.
