Analysts of the investment company Renaissance Capital called countries with the most promising economy in the CIS. The study is at the disposal of “Lental.ru”.
By these countries, the authors consider Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Both of them should demonstrate in the results of 2021 GDP growth at the level of five percent, in the medium term – over four percent.
Also Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are distinguished by other positive factors: political stability, sustainable budget policies, “positive demographic trends” and “catching” growth in the domestic market.
In the hand of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, according to the authors, there may be a significant proportion of the commodity sector in the economy – “taking into account the rally [growth of quotes] on the world market.” In addition, both countries launched the active privatization of state assets.
Also in favor of the prospects for Tashkent and Nur-Sultan, they speak the relatively low level of the public debt and the largest export volumes to China.
