Canadian deputy William Aimos (William AMOS), representing the municipality of Ponyak Quebec Province, urged in front of his colleagues during the online session of the Parliament. This happened a month after his appearance naked during another meeting. This is reported by BBC News.
Aimos publicly brought apologies and called the incident unacceptable, but by random. “I am deeply confused by my actions and the stress that they could cause anyone who was a witness,” he stressed.
The deputy also stated that it will refuse part of its duties for a while and “will ask for help.” What kind of help he is required, he did not specify. Politician thanked his family and colleagues for support.
April 15, Aimos appeared naked during a meeting of the House of Commons, held by video link. He tried to cover with a smartphone. Then the politician promised that this would no longer repeat. Colleagues called for parliamentarians to be more attentive when it is near the camera and microphone of the computer.
