The heirs of the founder of the company for the production of cosmetics Natura Siberica Andrei Trubnikova announced an attempt to “capture” the company on the part of the current managers, writes The Bell.
Trubnikov’s heirs submitted claims to the structures of Natura Siberica in various courts that have already made ten definitions on these cases. Most of the claims are filed on behalf of the first wife of a businessman Irina Trucnikova, which owns shares in several legal entities Holding Natura Siberica, including the company “First Solution”.
In the claims it is argued that the trust manager Boris Lyubovichitz appointed after the death of Trubnikov is not in the interests of heirs, and its decisions are not aimed at “preserving the hereditary mass.”
According to the relatives of the businessman, the main goal of a love is to “capture operational control” over the company. Among the requirements of the plaintiffs, the decisions adopted in the last meetings of the participants of numerous LLC, as well as security measures in the form of a ban to make changes to the constituent documents of companies. Following the court sessions, security measures were superimposed only with respect to two holding companies.
Andrei Trubnikov founded Natura Siberica in 2008, six years after the brand “Grandma Agafya” appears. In 2012, the one-name retail network was founded. The company actively exported its products. In January 2021, tubes died in a country house in the suburbs at the age of 61.
