Chairman of the Party “Fair Russia – for the Truth” Sergey Mironov announced the draft law on the unconditional basic income of Russians to the State Duma, TASS reports.

During the press conference, he said that the document would already consider the document, which will be formed after the September elections. At the same time, the politician promised that his party would be to fight for his adoption, if it goes into a new convocation.

According to him, the basic income would become the most important step to eliminate poverty in the country, and the benefits can send funds from the sale of hydrocarbons. Mironov is confident that the current extensions lie “dead cargo”, and better than 90 percent of them take and divide, sending, in the “Foundation of National People”.

Another policy of the politician called the introduction of an “alternative budget”, where funds from the state monopoly on the turnover and the production of ethyl alcohol.

Previously, earlier Mironov, as part of preparation for the elections, promised to submit to the State Duma on the abolition of the Pension reform of 2018 and return the former retirement age. In addition, he wants to liquidate the Pension Fund of Russia (FIU), to write off the debts of Russians on microcredits and revise the sum of the subsistence minimum and the minimum wage. The first parameter, as politician believes, should be 31 thousand rubles, and the second – 50-60 thousand.

In the party did not indicate ways to ensure such a radical increase in costs from the budget, however, to write off the debts of Mironov offered to take debts from Bangladesh.

Sergey Mironov in 2001-2011 held the position of speaker of the Federation Council, after which he switched to the State Duma. In the last election, “Fair Russia” scored a little more than six percent of votes. In front of the September elections, the party was united with “Patriots of Russia” Gennady Semigina and “For the truth” Zakhar Prilepina.
