Moscow appealed to the Foreign Ministry of Belarus with a request to provide consular access to the Russian citizen detained together with the creator of the Telegram channel NEXTA Roman Protasevich in Minsk. Lavrov also reported that the Russian Foreign Ministry contacted the father of the girl.
