Chelsea Cogswell’s Truck-bomber (Chelsea Cogswell) is accused of distributing drugs and poisonous substances due to the fact that she served cupcakes with cannabis artillery division during combat shooting exercises. It is reported by the CTV News portal.
18 charges were charged, including eight points of accusations for the use of a poisonous substance, nine points – in violation of the order and discipline and one point – in unworthy behavior. The soldiers of the artillery division did not suspect anything about the psychedelic composition of the cupcakes, which were treated by Khugswell, when he was on duty in the dining room.
In judicial documents, the sudden appearance of paranoia, fatigue, dehydration and confusion among soldiers who tried treats. “Several affected soldiers could not properly conduct exercises on the safe handling of weapons and explosives,” the judicial protocol says.
Khugswell served in regular troops since June 2011 and, according to the representative of the office of the General Prosecutor’s Office, remains military personnel so far.
This is the first case of such a charge in Canadian troops. Military Tribunal is planned to begin in August in New Brunswick.
