Protest broke out in Kyrgyzstan due to disconnecting drinking water in homes

Earlier, an unknown resident of Kyrgyzstan declared himself as president of the country and tried to break through into the Parliament Building in Bishkek. Specialists who arrived at the place found that it consists in accounting in the Republican Mental Health Center. It turned out that the patient is 35 years old. It was promptly hospitalized.
