In Reykjavik, the meeting of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and the head of the State Department of Anthony Blinken was completed. Negotiations continued for almost two hours, their broadcast was carried out on YouTube.

The meeting was held in the capital of Iceland, Reykjavik, on the night of 19 to 20 May 20 (Moscow time). Before the negotiations, the Russian Foreign Minister reported that he would expect discussing bilateral relations between Russia and the United States.
