In Russia, they thought about program of support for electric vehicles

Ministry of Economic Development plans to spend 418 billion rubles for the development of electric transport in Russia. This is stated in the presentation of the department “Highly automated electric transport in cities”, with which Kommersant got acquainted.

Among other things, the electromotive support program includes the installation of 20 thousand charging stations by 2024 and 150 thousand to 2030. The infrastructure will be created at least one station for ten electric vehicles in cities or 100 kilometers for federal levels. It is also proposed to establish zero transport tax and free parking for electric transport.

Pilot regions of the program will be Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, as well as Kaliningrad, in which there are a number of auto plants, Sochi and Sevastopol – as the resort cities with the potential for the development of electrocarcing.

Previously, Audi made a forecast for the seizure of electric vehicles of the world market by 2030. This statement of the director of the German automobile plant Marcus Dyusmann is based on the trend of the accelerated transition of machines to power from batteries. In his opinion, electric cars are already noticeably dominated in demand and leading on ecology in front of the car with internal combustion engines and hybrid cars that combine ordinary and rechargeable energy.

On April 29, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Technical University Denis Manturov announced the serial production of the first Russian electric car Zetta until the end of this year. He also stated that Russia decided to gradually refuse cars at fossil fuel and plans to establish requirements for automakers in the share of green transport from 2030. According to him, the country has already fully joined the process of “green” reversal.
