Working visit of deputy of State Duma of Russian Federation Vladimir Gutenev in RCC “Progress”

In the Roskosmos Roskosmos Rocket and Space Center), a working visit of the State Duma Deputy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia Vladimir Gutenev and Deputy General Director of the State Corporation “Roskosmos” administrative and corporate issues Ivan Kharchenko.

Progress CEO Dmitry Baranov held guests on the workshop, which hosts and testing carrier missiles of the Soyuz-2 family and showed production sites where the work on preparation for the production of the prospective missile “Soyuz-5” was deployed . Guests have been demonstrated by the manufactured parts of the new carrier, on which tests will be carried out during the implementation of this project.

During the visit, a meeting was held with the employees of the enterprise and the discussion of topical issues in support of the RCC “Progress” at the legislative level, as well as issues of development of personnel potential and career guidance work. Special attention at the meeting was paid to volunteering and donor movement. Vladimir Gutenev thanked the team of the enterprise for his contribution to the development of voluntary blood donation. Over the years in the RCC Progress, donor days are held. Each year employees of the enterprise give up about a thousand liters of blood.

Dmitry Baranov thanked Vladimir Gutenev for attention to the problems of the Progress Rocket and Space Center as an enterprise that manufactures reliable rocket and space technology, and expressed hope for further efficient interaction and support of production and social projects.
