Rising prices for sugar after June 1, when the Agreements on its value will end, will not. Such a forecast gave the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Solution Andrei Bodin, reports TASS.
Plants supply to trading networks from their warehouses Sugar at a price that does not exceed 36 rubles per kilogram, he noted. Bodin is confident that the production of beet sugar in Russia in the new season will fully satisfy the needs of the domestic market.
Earlier, the newspaper “Kommersant”, referring to the sources, warned that in 2022, prices for sugar in the country will grow sharply. The reason will be an imbalance in the market, poor harvest and previously introduced price constraints, the action of which ends on June 1.
