The total mining of Rosneft hydrocarbons in the first quarter of 2021 amounted to 4.76 million barrels of the oil equivalent per day or 57.8 million tons of oil equivalent, which turned out to be the highest in the world among public companies. In a comparable perimeter, hydrocarbon production increased by 1.5 percent of the quarter by the quarter. This follows from the reporting on the production results of Rosneft for the first quarter of 2021.
In the fourth quarter of 2020, Rosneft produced 3.75 million barrels per day or 45.5 million tons of liquid hydrocarbons. At the end of 2020, Rosneft realized a number of low-cost assets in order to improve the quality of the company’s portfolio. Excluding these assets – in a comparable perimeter – daily mining increased by 1 percent to the previous quarter. In January-March 2021, Rosneft gas production amounted to about 15 billion cubic meters, which became one of the best indicators among Russian independent gas producers. Daily gas production implemented by assets implemented by assets in the reporting quarter increased by 4.6 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2020. The increase in production was possible thanks to the launch of the booth compressor station on the coastal field “Sibneftegaz”, as well as due to an increase in the sale of gas produced at the Zohra field (Egypt).

The proportion of its own drilling service in the total volume of the penetration is traditionally supported at least 50 percent. At the end of January-March 2021, the number of well-commissioned wells increased by 12% of the year by year and amounted to 622 units.
