Most of the chips of the Chinese rocket “Changzhlen-5B” will burn at the entrance to the atmosphere, so the risk of damage from their fall to the ground is very unlikely. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Foreign Ministry of PRC.
According to Wang Wenbin, the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of China, China pays great attention to entering the CZ-5B into the atmosphere. The carrier rocket was designed in such a way that its most collapses and burned during the fall, so the danger is minimal.
Previously, the representative of Pentagon Mike Howard said that the rocket, according to preliminary data, will enter the atmosphere of about 8 May. At the same time, he clarified that it would be possible to determine the place of its fall only a few hours before that – while it is impossible because of the high speed of the object.
On April 29, Chinese National Space Management with the help of a Changzhhen-5B (CZ-5B) carrier rocket (CZ-5B) brought into orbit the main module of the PRC space station. The launch was declared successful, but later the rocket was out of control.
