The European Commission aroused the Permanent Representative of Russia Vladimir Chizhov to express a decisive protest due to Russian sanctions. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
Earlier the head of the European Union diplomacy (EU) Josep Borrel considered “unacceptable” Russian sanctions against EU representatives and condemned the decision of Moscow to prohibit the entry into the Russian territory of eight citizens of the European Union. He also stressed that Russia’s sanctions against Eurochinnikov will not interfere with the EU “involve responsible for violation of human rights.”
On April 30, Russia has banned entry into its territory to eight citizens of the European Union and representatives of European structures.
