According to him, Moscow will remain in the contract if the United States decides to return to its implementation. The diplomat noted that Russia is ready for painstaking work to resolve claims within the framework of the Agreement with States and other participating countries. At the same time, Gavrilov stressed that Washington has a month to return to the observance of Don.
Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control stated that the situation was developed around the contract on an open sky leads to its collapse. “One-sided concessions from Russia should not be expected. When constructing the status quo, our domestic procedures that prevent Russian notice to exit the contract will be completed until the end of May,” he added.
