Almost half – 48 percent – Russian companies refused to rest during the May Weekend, from 4 to 7 May. Most often, such a decision was taken banks and other organizations whose workflow in which is continuous. This is evidenced by the SuperJob service survey data, TASS reports.
“48 percent of the enterprises and organizations will work in a non-working day of May, since the Presidential Decree on Vacation May 1-10 allows employers to act at their discretion. In 26 percent of companies, personnel will not work,” the survey says. It is specified that another 26 percent of organizations have not yet taken the final decision.
Almost a third of those who are going to go to the weekend, are small businesses. At the same time in organizations where 50 to 1000 people are employed, the share of employees who will remain working in May is 60 percent.

In the survey, which was held in all districts of Russia among personnel services and personnel managers, 1000 people participated.
