The head of the Central Bank stressed that the practice of creating savings disciplines and allows you to feel more confident.
Nabiullina noted that the loans also have a positive side – for example, they are useful when the borrower clearly knows what and for what purpose he is going to purchase. As an example of the justified loan of funds, the head of the Central Bank called loans for education, buying housing, mortgage. “It is necessary to follow your credit load. And at least do not take loans on things that you can accumulate, for example, the purchase of PS5 is, I think a bad reason to take a loan,” said Nabiullin.
The head of the regulator recommended schoolchildren to come more conservatively and not buy things on credit, without which you can do. Nabiullina noted that to preserve stability, you need to have a financial airbag, which is about six monthly income.
