Indonesia: found a missing submarine

Near the Indonesian Island Bali found a wreckage of the missing submarine KRI Nanggala-402, passes the TASS.

Debris found at the bottom of the Balinese Sea. All 53 crew members died.

KRI Nanggala-402 submarine conducted teachings with torpedoes and ceased to communicate. On April 21, traces of oil spill were discovered next to the scene, and another day – an unidentified object with high magnetism. On April 24, search engines managed to detect submarines when scanning the bottom of the Balinese Sea. It was noticed at a depth of 850 meters.

On April 25, President of Indonesia Joco Vidodo announced the death of a submarine. He called the tragedy and noted that the Indonesian people would grieve due to the death of “patriots guarding the sovereignty of the country.”

Head of the Navy Board Admiral Yudo Margono explained that the submarine could crack.
