Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov, St. Petersburg head Alexander Beglov, Yandex CEO Elena Bunina and head of the Arctic Initiatives Center Andrey Patrushev signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the Energotekhnokhab Petersburg project. Gazprom Neft and Yandex plan to integrate a set of virtual B2B services into a technological platform designed to support residents of Energotekhnokhab Petersburg. With their help, resident companies will receive free access to services of the basic cloud infrastructure, machine learning, data platform and automated management.
Participants of Energotekhnokhab Petersburg will also be able to receive grants for using the Yandex.Cloud cloud platform to develop and launch digital solutions. Yandex.Cloud architects will assist with migration, access to closed testing of new services and technical support.
The Center “Arctic Initiatives” within the framework of the partnership agreement will provide the participants of “Energotekhnokhab Petersburg” with access to a system of test sites with the ability to test new technologies and prototypes of equipment for energy companies. The center will also assist startups in promoting their developments in the Russian and international markets.
Gazprom Neft and the government of St. Petersburg will develop programs of additional benefits for businesses and subsidizing the costs of relocating scientific and engineering personnel from other regions.
