A study of the Rabota.ru service named the Russians who are most satisfied with their work. RIA Novosti reports.
Thus, the largest share of Russians who are satisfied with their job work in information technology (60 percent), in restaurants and cafes (52 percent), and in medicine (50 percent).
In addition, 49 percent of Russians said that they are satisfied with work in construction, in the field of banks and investments, as well as in the field of education. In the field of marketing and advertising, 48 percent of respondents are satisfied with their work, and in manufacturing and industry – 45 percent.
The service has found out exactly what employees of Russian companies are most often unhappy with. Thus, 77 percent of the respondents are not satisfied with the size of the salary. A third of the respondents complained about working conditions, and a quarter would like to change the attitude of their boss to their work. 22 percent of employees were dissatisfied with the work schedule, 19 percent were dissatisfied with the location of work, and 5 percent of Russians would like to change the attitude of the team towards themselves.
In August last year, programmers and managers were most satisfied with the level of their salaries. The number of health workers satisfied with their earnings has also grown significantly in recent years.
