The access of Russian tax authorities to bank secrets will not affect bona fide citizens. This is stated in a press release from the Federal Tax Service, which was received by the editorial office of Lenta.ru.
“These changes are not aimed at bona fide taxpayers, but are introduced to improve the efficiency of a risk-based approach in conducting tax control and prevent damage from unscrupulous taxpayers who use various schemes to avoid taxes,” the press service said. / p>
