Mintrost of Russia called criteria for additional payments to some categories of pensioners. It is reported by “Russian Gazeta”.
The department reminded that the size of additional payments to pensions of pilots and miners depends on the average monthly wage growth index. MintRU proposed to approve this figure for 2020 in the amount of 1.06, since, according to Rosstat, the growth rate of the average monthly accrued salary last year was 106 percent.
It is noted that the draft decree is technical and is aimed at consolidating the actual value of the average monthly salary for use in the calculation of the appropriate surcharge. According to the ministry, the pension surcharges at least 7468 rubles, miners – 3486 rubles.
