Putin recommended save citizens with minimal income from debt

Russian President Vladimir Putin recommended save citizens with minimal income from the situation when even this money is debited on debts. This is stated in the list of instructions following the meeting with the heads of factions in the State Duma, published on the website of the Kremlin.

The deputies are invited to prepare together with the government and adopt a federal law in the spring session, providing for “protection against write-off from citizens’ accounts in the order of enforcement of funds that make up the minimum income of such citizens.”

Previously, the study of the Analytical Center of NACI showed that a third of Russians are ready to not return a bank loan, although at the same time they condemn the money to know familiar or relative. Most respondents did not condemn people who did not return the loan and became bankrupt.

As of the end of last year, the number of malicious defaulters on loans reached 11.7 million people. In the federal service of bailiffs (FSSP), it was noted that in the first ten months of 2020, 111.3 billion rubles for credit payments were pricked with citizens.
