According to Schvetov, the regulator consider prices for raw materials “already high”. “It is higher today than our medium-term forecasts. But again, I do not know the future, but our feeling that the price of oil, it is quite fair today and we do not consider it low,” he stressed.
According to the Russian Ministry of Finance, the average price of oil URALS for the period from February 15 to March 14 was $ 64.35 per barrel.
