Bank from United States began to force employees to relax

One of the largest investment banks of the United States and the world of Citigroup began to force employees to rest in order to avoid contamination coronavirus, Bloomberg writes.

This initiative belongs to the chapter Citigroup Jane Fraser, which is confident that additional holidays to which management encourages employees will help prevent malaise in the workplace.

Also, the Fraser has banned intracorporate video calls in the ZOOM service on Fridays. May 28 announced a day off with an alternative name – “Citi Restart Day”.

Since now, many Citigroup employees work out of the house, the top manager encouraged them to not appoint business meetings overotherly. So they will be able to share labor duties and leisure leisure.

In the future, after the end of the coronavirus pandemic, Citigroup plans to translate most of the staff on the mixed mode of operation, in which they will combine visiting the office (which is important from the point of view of mentoring over young colleagues) and remote work.
