In selected Russian regions, the cost of gasoline at refueling was lower than wholesale prices, so many gas station owners are forced to sell fuel at a loss. About this “Izvestia” reported representatives of industry organizations.
So, the head of the seaside fuel union Vladimir Chirskov, among such regions, called Sakhalin, Khabarovsky and Primorsky Krai. According to him, ton of gasoline AI-92 at the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPBMTSE) when buying from the Angarsk petrochemical company (ARCC) costs owners of gas stations in 56 thousand rubles. With delivery to Vladivostok by rail, the price comes to 63.5 thousand rubles.
In terms of liters, this brand for tankers costs 48.6 rubles, and they sell it to 46.9 rubles. It is even more difficult about the case with gasoline AI-95, which, taking into account the delivery to the region, is cheaper than in the whole, at once, 5.8 percent.
Independent Fuel Union (NTS) indicated that a similar situation is observed in the Tver region. Wholesale prices per ton reached the historical maximum of 43.7 rubles per liter, and, for example, the average prices in Tatneft and Gazpromneft make up 43.3 rubles and 44.3 rubles. It is necessary to take into account the shipping cost (0.5 rubles) and 3 rubles of operating expenses.
Head of the Russian Fuel Union (RTS) Evgeny Arcusha noted that the case could end the bankruptcy of independent owners of the gas station. After all, they, unlike oil companies, are not able to redistribute damages and profits.
in the Ministry of Energy reported that the government is preparing a number of actions to smooth the influence of world prices for internal. Including it is planned to adjust the damper mechanism and subsidizing fuel supplies to the regions, transmits TASS.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Ministry of Energy Pavel Sorokin explained the high cost of gasoline in Russia because the state, unlike Iran and Venezuela, does not appoint prices for fuel. At the same time, he noted that the fuel in the country is not cheaper together with oil, unlike other countries, due to the fluctuations in the ruble exchange rate, the market factor and the work of the damper introduced by the state.
Meanwhile, the press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov asked Russians not to worry about the possible increase in fuel prices, explaining that the situation was under control.
