Berliners will not be able to go to a non-food store without a negative test to coronavirus. Such measures will come into force on Wednesday, March 31, reports the Edition of Berliner Zeitung.
To visit any store, except the product or pharmacy, you will need to provide the test results performed on the same day. Some shopping centers plan to organize express testing for their buyers. The negative Coronavirus test will also need to visit museums.
In addition, residents of the German capital should now wear respirators with a high degree of protection of the FFP2 class in order to enter any room or take advantage of public transport. The authorities came to the conclusion that ordinary medical masks are not effective enough.
Similar measures are planned to be introduced in Austria. In particular, on April 7, the Austrians will need to impose a test when visiting all the outlets, except for vital, such as pharmacies or grocery stores. The leadership of European countries is forced to go to similar steps because of the coronavirus’s third wave that fell on the continent.
