Simplified order of registration of unemployed in Russia extended until July 31, 2020. The relevant decision was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Cabinet press service.
It is noted that the decisions will be taking the leaders of the regions based on the epidemiological situation and the specifics of regional labor markets.
Temporary simplified procedure for registration of the unemployed was supposed to stop working from March 31. With its help, the Russians were treated in employment services through the portals of the State Service and “Work in Russia”. However, in March, Mintrost published a draft resolution to extend these rules until July 30.
Earlier, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia Anton Kotyakov said that by the beginning of March there was less unemployed in the country. According to him, now there are 2.1 million people.
