President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the power in the country was resistant, and urged officials to get out from under the plinth, reports BelTA.
According to him, sometimes in the control apparatus at various levels there are no complete displicity. “Especially until the latest events. Some of them (we also know them) from under the plinth looked: how did the will of the will pass, something else,” said Lukashenko.
he added that “the power stood and will stand,” and the state will continue to strengthen. “Therefore, who wants to work, get out from under the plinth and start working. Get into operation and forward. We have too much work in order to sit down somewhere,” Lukashenko concluded.
On March 25, the Belarusian opposition traditionally celebrates Will Day in honor of the anniversary of the proclamation of the Belarusian People’s Republic. This year more than 200 people were detained in Minsk and other cities.
In Belarus, there are mass protests with the demanding of Lukashenko’s resignation and new presidential elections. The head of state itself claimed that the West was worthless.
