Belarus asked Russia to issue a citizen of the republic accused of calls to illegal protest shares. It is reported by BelTA.

In total, the Investigation Committee of Belarus from the beginning of the year sent documents on the initiation of extradition of 39 people, the head of the international legal department of SK Mikhail Vavulo reported.

“Just the other day, the Prosecutor General of the 36-year-old citizen of Belarus from the Russian Federation of the 36-year-old citizen of Belarus, which was brought to criminal liability for committing crimes,” said Vavulo.

According to him, a resident of Lida in August and September administered several “destructive Telegram-channels”, in which published calls for participation in unauthorized rallies and violation of public order.

In Belarus, from August 2020, mass protests continue with the demanding of the resignation of President Alexander Lukashenko and holding new elections.
