The Board of Directors of the New Development Bank (NBR) approved the allocation of Russia a loan in the amount of up to a billion dollars to help physicians during the coronavirus pandemic. This is stated on the organization’s website.
The Ministry of Finance explained that the Credit of the NBR is provided on attractive financial conditions, so it was appropriate to take it. Means together with other sources will go to the federal budget to compensate for losses in 2020.
Bank created by BRICS countries in 2014. Its main goal is called investments in infrastructure projects, as well as projects aimed at sustainable development.
