The head of the Fair Russia faction in the State Duma Sergey Mironov proposed to double the benefits for children who are brought up in incomplete families. The relevant bill is aimed at the Government to obtain a review, RIA Novosti reports.

In his opinion, the payment must be at least two subsistence minima in the region, which averages about 10 thousand rubles. Thus, these families will be able to receive 20 thousand rubles per month.

Deputy recalled that in Russia since 2018 there is a norm according to which low-income families can receive a manual in the amount of up to one subsistence minimum. Since last year, the program has expanded. Now the benefits pay families with income of less than two regional subsistence minima for each family member until the child is three years old. Nevertheless, the Mironov stressed, only these measures are not enough.

According to Mironov, the country must return 2.42 billion dollars to Russia, and the debt of citizens to microfinance organizations is 172 billion rubles (2.26 billion dollars at the current course).

In addition, recently the politician demanded to revise the amount of the subsistence minimum to 31 thousand rubles and make the minimum wage (minimum wage) equal to 50-60 thousand rubles.

At the end of February, “Fair Russia” before the elections to the State Duma, he was united with parties with the parties “For the truth” of Zakhar Prilepina and “Patriots of Russia” Gennady Semigina. Two weeks, Prilepin offered to introduce a temporary dictatorship in the country, to remove anonymity on the Internet, leave three social networks – “ODO-pilot”, “fellow students”, “volunteers”, and three television channels – “fasten”, “army” and “garden-garden” .
