Previously, the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the Alliance considers Russia’s behavior aggressive and notes Moscow’s desire to destabilize the situation in the countries neighboring with it. He noted that NATO’s relations with Russia remain very complex. “Despite the many years of pressure and efforts to establish a meaningful dialogue on our part, Russia only strengthened the repressive behavior within the country and aggressive behavior abroad,” he said on the meeting of the head Foreign Ministry of Alliance.
