In 2020, on April 1, an OPEC agreement has ceased to operate on restricting oil production. The conflict between the main participants in the transaction by Russia and Saudi Arabia led to the fact that the cost of raw materials collapsed to minima over decades, and the oil repository was overflowed.
Since May 2020, there is a new agreement, the conditions of which have already been tightened several times. In March, the parties agreed to preserve the level of reducing production in April.
