France President Emmanuel Macron called on the West to determine the red lines in relations with Russia. He expressed his opinion in an interview with CBS TV channel.
“I think we must designate clear red lines with Russia,” said Macron. In particular, we are talking about the introduction of sanctions after any “unacceptable behavior” of Russian President Vladimir Putin, he noted. According to him, Western countries are important to clearly declare their position when they disagree with the Russian leader.
At the same time, Macron said that the President of the US President Joe Bayiden will start a dialogue with Russia.
