Almost a quarter of Russians surveyed by the recruiting company Hays, spoke about burnout at work. The results of the survey are at the disposal of “Lental.ru”.
23 percent of respondents answered that at the moment they are in a state of professional burnout and do not know how to cope with it. 42 percent of them eventually change the work, and another 26 percent are dismissed, without having an alternative employment option.
The share of female burnout among women is higher than among men: 43 percent against 34. The largest age group, facing a professional burnout, – people from 25 to 28 years old (49 percent).
At the same time, 25 percent of respondents stated that they never faced the burnout at work and are confident that there is no such phenomenon in principle. Most often (44 percent), this answer met among the respondents over 55 years.
In turn, only eight percent of the surveyed companies stated that they have special programs for the well-being of employees. Another 14 percent is carried out such programs in the form of individual events, nine percent are going to implement them.
