“The last week was the fourth in terms of the number of new cases in one week. These are alarming trends, since we continue to see the effect of the appearance of virus options, the abolition of restrictive measures and the unfair introduction of the vaccine between the countries,” she noted.
WHO as previously recommends to pay increased attention to the risk assessment and precautionary measures during international trips, Vuynovich reminded.
“WHO recommends that any measures imposed to limit their distribution be revised over time and based on the epidemiological situation and conditions,” the representative of the organization said.
In Russia, in the last 24 days, 8632 new cases of coronavirus in 83 regions, deaths were recorded for the same time. From the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of infections was 4,702,101, 105,582 patients were died with COVID-19.
