The Constitutional Court (COP) of Moldova allowed President May Sanda to dissolve the parliament, who in three months could not appoint the government. This was reported on April 15, the head of the KS Domnika Manol, RIA Novosti reports.
“The Constitutional Court recognized the presence of circumstances for the dissolution of the parliament, since it is unable to form the government. The decision is final and comes into force at the time of the announcement,” the court decides man.
Document means that the President has the right to sign a decree on the dissolution of parliament and assign the date of early elections.
Sanda appealed to the CS at the end of March. She stated that all legitimate conditions for the dissolution of parliament are, and asked judges to confirm the correctness of her position.
