Lithuanian authorities thought about expulsion from the country of Russian diplomats as a sign of solidarity with the Czech Republic. This was reported by the adviser to the President of Asta Skyside, TASS reports.
“Currently on diplomatic channels we are discussing with our allies, as best to express solidarity with Prague. The president fully supports the actions of the Czech Republic,” she said.
Earlier, the head of the Czech Foreign Ministry of Yakub Kulgank said that about 60 Russian diplomats will be sent from the country, if Moscow until 13:00 (MSC) will not fulfill the ultimatum nominated by Prague, that is, will not accept the arrivals of the diplomats.
Czech Republic accuses Russian intelligence services in involvement in the explosion in the warehouse of ammunition in 2014. Prague decided to send 18 diplomats, and Rosatom was excluded from among the candidates for participation in the tender for the construction of a new power unit of the NPP “knuba”. Moscow sent 20 Czech diplomats.
